Dr. Khalid graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, with a Masters of Health Care Administration. His emphasis is in both planning and budgeting.
A medical doctor with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from King Faisal University (Saudi Arabia), Dr. Khalid worked briefly as a junior physician at Hama

A medical doctor with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from King Faisal University (Saudi Arabia), Dr. Khalid worked briefly as a junior physician at Hamad Medical Corporation. Upon returning from the United States, he joined Hamad Medical Corporation as Assistant Medical Director and was then appointed Assistant Undersecretary for the Ministry of Public Health. In 1996, he was appointed Undersecretary, and he served as the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Hamad Medical Corporation.
In addition to serving as Undersecretary for the Ministry of Public Health in Qatar, Dr. Khalid left government service for private business in 1998.

Garen has led these companies through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes.

Garen has spent 8 years as head of consulting department in a variety of industries, including consumer durables, heavy equipment, automotive, building products, agriculture and financial services.
His understanding of both domestic and international business channels encompasses creating development plans, conducting feasibility studies, property analysis, financial modeling for various projects and secure funding for future projects.
After graduating from American University of Science and Technology acquiring Bachelor of Science in Finance & Economics (Minor in Management), Garen progressed to serve in multinational companies such as Deloitte & Touch (Senior Consultant) & Century 21 (GM).
